You will get treated like you would in a restaurant with serving of food. She will also clean your kitchen (to the standard she finds it in) following the meal and do the dishes.

Debbie's service is based on a set menu, chosen by you in advance. She can try and cater for one or two people with specific dietary requirements, but would rather try and find the best overall Menu in planning with you.

1 .You decide on what type of event you want. 2. You contact Debbie and explain your ideas, wishes, intolerances. 3. Debbie prepares a menu suited to your specific needs and occasion and gives you a quote for her service 4. You chat with Debbie to change dishes, discuss price etc. 5. You book and pay a non refundable 50% deposit of the total amount. 6. Debbie does the shopping and comes to your home to prepare the menu. She also does the cleanup leaving you to enjoy and spend time with your guests. 7. You pay the remaining 50% of the bill at the end of the service.

Debbie always suggests planning as far in advance as possible. 2 weeks in advance minimum, except during the peak season and major holiday weeks, where you should book with greater advance.

50% of the payment will be due upon menu acceptance and booking of the event. The remaining 50% will be due at the end of your event.

Due to strict health code regulations, all ingredients must be purchased by Debbie and kept in her control until they are served. Not only does this ensure proper food safety, but also better quality and freshness of your dining experience.

All you have to do is set the table and create some room in the fridge. Anything extra you need, please let Debbie know and she will try to accommodate. She will bring all the equipment needed for the preparation and service of her menu.

No. You can choose to host your event in Debbie's private dining room in Richterswil. Maximum 8 people. During the summer, the lake view terrace is also available for a party up to 20 people.

All headcount changes must be provided 10 calendar days prior to your event. While Debbie cannot offer a refund for last-minute headcount decreases, she will prepare the menu as contracted. She will be happy to leave any excess portion not served to a guest, in your fridge for you to enjoy later.
